Valdenmoor is a dark medieval realm where your choices leave marks. The Keeper — an AI narrator with a voice and a long memory — runs the world while you and your party figure out what to do next. No reading required. No experience required. Just decisions and consequences.
He knows more than he should. He says less than he knows. And every riddle he offers comes with a price you won't see until it's already paid.
He's also the only person in the palace who will laugh when you do something unexpected — and then make you regret it in the next breath.
"Some say the King's fool is the only honest man in the palace. The King suspects they're right."
No one remembers his name. The strange part is — no one seems to notice they've forgotten.
Put the game on the TV. Everyone picks up their phone. The Keeper — a voice-narrated AI — runs the entire session. You just decide what your character does. That's it.
A Narrator Who Actually Speaks
The Keeper has a voice. Not a text box — a voice. She narrates the world, responds to your actions, and plays every NPC in the realm. No other game in this space ships voice narration as a core feature. This is the difference between reading a novel and being in one.
TV + Phones. Together.
The TV shows the world — cinematic scenes, combat tracking, loot reveals. Every player's phone is their personal character hub — stats, inventory, health. It's designed for a living room couch, not a laptop screen. Two players can field a party of six.
The World Handles the Rules
No rulebook to memorize. No dice to roll. No numbers to track between turns. The Keeper runs everything invisibly — combat, loot, character growth, moral consequences. You play. She adjudicates. The story never repeats.
This is the actual game — running live. TV on the left, combat HUD at the bottom, scene imagery behind it all. Your phones sync in real time.

Valdenmoor is built for people who've always been curious about tabletop RPGs but never had the right setup — no expert at the table, no prep time, no rulebook to crack. Just gather two or three people, put it on a screen, and the Keeper takes it from there. Closed beta starting soon.
